50% deposit required on booking for confirmation with 50% balance payable upon arrival. Payment can be made with VISA, MC, AMEX or Direct Deposit to our account - please contact us further for details. We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us:

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are transferable up to 7 days prior to arrival, then non-refundable. If a replacement booking is found after 7 days, the deposit will be transferable. A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all refunds. Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay. Credit cards and direct deposits accepted.
